  Introduction ~ Hello, my name is Kaua. I’d like to introduce myself. I am from Brazil originally - my name is pronounced "Cow-Ah".  My favourite subject is math and I enjoy playing video games and American football with friends. Unfortunately, this is going to be the final blog of the year. Did you know that we wrote 18 blogs as a class this year? The Rose ~ This week we did literacy through memes. We went to the Meme Generator and made four memes, each one to represent the four different quarters in our school year (Autumn, Winter, Early and Late Spring). We also made memes for next year’s Grade 7 class to give them advice and inspiration on how to succeed in Grade 7 and with Mr. Hodgkinson. Introduction - Hi, my name is Desi, and I’m writing this week's blog. My Favorite subjects are Literacy and Science. I truly enjoy playing volleyball and listening to music! This week was generally calm, but we did a lot of fun activities. The Rose -  Without exception the rose is, our mystery unit. After each chapter and doing connected lessons, it still fascinates. I enjoy spending time with friends & learning new dances!  The Rose ~ This week, we started working on Lightning Talks for an upcoming Mystery Unit. I'm looking forward to this because Mr. H has said that we will be digging deep into critical thinking. In order to prepare, we have to make a short, fast, informative presentation about different topics. As we speak, we will present an engaging slideshow with limited text and high impact graphics.
