#HClassBlog - “I like the Avenger’s theme because it goes NEREOM” - May 4, 2026

Introduction:  Hello everyone! My name is Tanisa, and this week, I will be writing the blog for #HClass25. I am a Grade 7 student at Sir Arthur Currie and I enjoy crocheting, playing piano and playing badminton. The Rose: This week, a flautist from the London Symphonia visited our school and performed for us. She played a beautiful piece of music that was actually composed just for her, which made the performance even more special. One of the most interesting parts was when she showed us advanced techniques, like playing two notes at the same time, which not many musicians can do. She also answered questions alongside the composer, which taught us more about them and helped us understand more about the music. It was a unique and enjoyable experience that many students found both fun and inspiring! The Bud: Track and field is coming up next week, and everyone is getting ready! Next Thursday, students in grades 4-8 will be participating in at least one of the six events: ball throw, ...
