  Introduction ~ Hello, my name is Kaua. I’d like to introduce myself. I am from Brazil originally - my name is pronounced "Cow-Ah".  My favourite subject is math and I enjoy playing video games and American football with friends. Unfortunately, this is going to be the final blog of the year. Did you know that we wrote 18 blogs as a class this year? The Rose ~ This week we did literacy through memes. We went to the Meme Generator and made four memes, each one to represent the four different quarters in our school year (Autumn, Winter, Early and Late Spring). We also made memes for next year’s Grade 7 class to give them advice and inspiration on how to succeed in Grade 7 and with Mr. Hodgkinson.   ~Introduction ~ Welcome back to another blog; this week's blogger will be me, Margarita. Before we get started, a few things about me: In school, my favourite subjects are Maths and Language, and in my free time I enjoy sketching and hanging out with my friends. Note: The blue mark is from facepaint - not a bruise ~The Rose ~ We are in the home stretch. June has arrived and things have become much more relaxed. We still have a few things to complete, but the end is in sight. We were also excited to learn that Year End Trips are now allowed. We haven't had one in two years because of Covid. This year we are heading to Fleetway for a day of bowling, mini-golf, pizza and laughter. ~The Thorn ~ After millions of hours of practice and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, the dance was once again cancelled.
