I enjoy spending time with friends & learning new dances!  The Rose ~ This week, we started working on Lightning Talks for an upcoming Mystery Unit. I'm looking forward to this because Mr. H has said that we will be digging deep into critical thinking. In order to prepare, we have to make a short, fast, informative presentation about different topics. As we speak, we will present an engaging slideshow with limited text and high impact graphics. The topic that has been assigned to me is Red Herring . (I've included a Giphy that I made that summarizes this literary device as a Six Word Story. We all took a questionnaire a few weeks ago and got our results as True Colours – Blue, Gold, Green and Orange. Each colour represents our personalities, both positive and negative. I am making a shirt from a pattern I measured myself. It is for my friend and classmate Elien. First, I started taking measurements on Elien. Then I started to trim the material to the proper length.
